        <p>Wat we wel nadrukkelijk vragen is een duidelijk engagement: regelmatig aanwezig zijn op training, actief deelnemen aan wedstrijden en een sportieve geest hebben.</p>\n

        <p>Op zich is het wedstrijdteam niet puur prestatiegericht, maar onze ervaring leert dat surfers die te vrijblijvend deelnemen weinig vooruitgang boeken en er vooral weinig plezier aan beleven.&nbsp;</p>\n

        <p><strong>Trainingen</strong></p>\n

        <p>Voor de trainingen werken we met een B-team, een tussenteam en een A-team.&nbsp;</p>\n

        In het B-team worden de basistechnieken van het wedstrijd-surfen aangeleerd, wat nadien verfijnd wordt in het tussenteam. Surfers die doorschuiven naar het A-team beheersen alle surftechnieken en focussen verder op deze competitiesport. De trainers bepalen in onderling overleg wie in welk team traint.&nbsp;</p>\n

        <p>Het B-team traint op woensdagnamiddag o.l.v. Jan De Waele; het tussenteam op zaterdagvoormiddag o.l.v.         <p>De training en wedstrijden worden steeds op Bic Techo T293 gevaren, dit is het officiële board voor jeugdwedstrijden in België en internationaal.</p>\n

        <p>Voor de wedstrijden worden leeftijdscategorieën gehanteerd: U13, U15, U17, 17+.&nbsp;Om per leeftijdscategorie met<img pimcore_id="226" pimcore_type="asset" src="/Sponsors/Goud/226/image-thumb__226__auto_c5f52ce01b5d84d23dcb4d3df9d304a0/promo2.png" style="float:right; margin:5px 10px; width:450px" /> voldoende ervaring te kunnen deelnemen aan wedstrijden, gaat onze voorkeur voor de instap in het team uit naar jongeren met een maximum leeftijd van 12 jaar.<br />\n
        De meeste wedstrijden gaan door in het voorjaar en najaar.&nbsp; De wedstrijdkalender wordt bij het begin van het jaar toegelicht en de keuze wie aan welke wedstrijd deelneemt gebeurt in functie van de geboekte vordering, in samenspraak met de trainer(s).</p>\n

        <p>Voor het vervoer van en naar de wedstrijden wordt in een beurtrol beroep gedaan op de ouders, wat een leuke groepssfeer met zich meebrengt.</p>\n

          Met het wedstrijdteam willen we jongeren die basis en evolutie gevolgd hebben nog beter leren surfen. Hierbij ligt de focus uiteraard op wedstrijd-surfen, maar de technieken die aangeleerd worden zijn sowieso een goede basis om nadien ook in andere windsurfdisciplines te benutten.</p>\n

          <p><strong>Voorwaarden</strong></p>\n

          <p>De voorwaarden om deel uit te maken van het wedstrijdteam houdt onze club bewust laagdrempelig:&nbsp;</p>\n

          <ul style="margin-left:40px">\n
          \t<li>de basis surftechnieken voldoende beheersen,</li>\n
          \t<li>lid zijn van de club en de bijdrage voor het wedstrijdteam met bijhorende huur van materiaal betalen</li>\n
          \t<li>in het bezit zijn van een zomer- en winterwetsuit, surfbotjes, zwemvest, trapeze en trapezetouwen.&nbsp;</li>\n
          </ul>\n

          <p>Wat we wel nadrukkelijk vragen is een duidelijk engagement: regelmatig aanwezig zijn op training, actief deelnemen aan wedstrijden en een sportieve geest hebben.</p>\n

          <p>Op zich is het wedstrijdteam niet puur prestatiegericht, maar onze ervaring leert dat surfers die te vrijblijvend deelnemen weinig vooruitgang boeken en er vooral weinig plezier aan beleven.&nbsp;</p>\n

          <p><strong>Trainingen</strong></p>\n
          \n
          <p>Voor de trainingen werken we met een B-team, een tussenteam en een A-team.&nbsp;</p>\n
          \n
          <p><br />\n
          In het B-team worden de basistechnieken van het wedstrijd-surfen aangeleerd, wat nadien verfijnd wordt in het tussenteam. Surfers die doorschuiven naar het A-team beheersen alle surftechnieken en focussen verder op deze competitiesport. De trainers bepalen in onderling overleg wie in welk team traint.&nbsp;</p>\n

          <p>Het B-team traint op woensdagnamiddag o.l.v. Jan De Waele; het tussenteam op zaterdagvoormiddag o.l.v. Em<img pimcore_id="114" pimcore_type="asset" src="/Foto%27s%20surfen/Pagina/114/image-thumb__114__auto_c5f52ce01b5d84d23dcb4d3df9d304a0/WK%20Quiberon%20%281%29.jpg" style="float:right; margin:5px 10px; width:450px" />iel De Clerck en het A-team op zaterdagnamiddag o.l.v.           <p>Naargelang de weersomstandigheden wordt er getraind vanaf februari tot eind november. Vaak is er een combinatie met fysieke training.</p>\n

          <p>Tijdens de zomermaanden worden extra trainingsstages ingelast en wordt indien mogelijk ook getraind op zee of open water (vb. Grevelingenmeer).</p>\n

          <p>De training en wedstrijden worden steeds op Bic Techo T293 gevaren, dit is het officiële board voor jeugdwedstrijden in België en internationaal.</p>\n

          <p><strong>Voorwaarden</strong></p>\n

          <p>De voorwaarden om deel uit te maken van het wedstrijdteam houdt onze club bewust laagdrempelig:&nbsp;</p>\n

          \t<li>de basis surftechnieken voldoende beheersen,</li>\n
          \t<li>lid zijn van de club en de bijdrage voor het wedstrijdteam met bijhorende huur van materiaal betalen</li>\n
          \t<li>in het bezit zijn van een zomer- en winterwetsuit, surfbotjes, zwemvest, trapeze en trapezetouwen.&nbsp;</li>\n
          </ul>\n

          <p>Wat we wel nadrukkelijk vragen is een duidelijk engagement: regelmatig aanwezig zijn op training, actief deelnemen aan wedstrijden en een sportieve geest hebben.</p>\n

          <p>Op zich is het wedstrijdteam niet puur prestatiegericht, maar onze ervaring leert dat surfers die te vrijblijvend deelnemen weinig vooruitgang boeken en er vooral weinig plezier aan beleven.&nbsp;</p>\n

          <p><strong>Trainingen</strong></p>\n
          \n
          <p>Voor de trainingen werken we met een B-team, een tussenteam en een A-team.&nbsp;</p>\n
          \n
          <p><br />\n
          In het B-team worden de basistechnieken van het wedstrijd-surfen aangeleerd, wat nadien verfijnd wordt in het tussenteam. Surfers die doorschuiven naar het A-team beheersen alle surftechnieken en focussen verder op deze competitiesport. De trainers bepalen in onderling overleg wie in welk team traint.&nbsp;</p>\n

          <p>Het B-team traint op woensdagnamiddag o.l.v. Jan De Waele; het tussenteam op zaterdagvoormiddag o.l.v.           <p>Naargelang de weersomstandigheden wordt er getraind vanaf februari tot eind november. Vaak is er een combinatie met fysieke training.</p>\n

          <p>Tijdens de zomermaanden worden extra trainingsstages ingelast en wordt indien mogelijk ook getraind op zee of open water (vb. Grevelingenmeer).</p>\n

          <p>De training en wedstrijden worden steeds op Bic Techo T293 gevaren, dit is het officiële board voor jeugdwedstrijden in België en internationaal.</p>\n

          <p><strong>Wedstrijden</strong></p>\n
          \n
          <p>Voor de wedstrijden worden leeftijdscategorieën gehanteerd: U13, U15, U17, 17+.&nbsp;Om per leeftijdscategorie met<img pimcore_id="226" pimcore_type="asset" src="/Sponsors/Goud/226/image-thumb__226__auto_c5f52ce01b5d84d23dcb4d3df9d304a0/promo2.png" style="float:right; margin:5px 10px; width:450px" /> voldoende ervaring te kunnen deelnemen aan wedstrijden, gaat onze voorkeur voor de instap in het team uit naar jongeren met een maximum leeftijd van 12 jaar.<br />\n
