          <p>Het nuttigen van alcoholische dranken wordt slechts met mate getolereerd. Tijdens het geven van opleidingen is dit absoluut verboden.&nbsp;</p>\n

          <p>Overeenkomstig het <a href="http://zsg.be.web004.creatief.be/nl/More%20info/Dagelijks%20reglement">dagelijks reglement</a> en het&nbsp;<a href="http://www.west-vlaanderen.be/sites/default/files/2017-11/Politiereglement.pdf">reglement&nbsp;van het provinciaal domein De Gavers</a>, is het dragen van een zwemvest verplicht op het water en op de steigers. Deze zijn gratis ter beschikking in&nbsp;het clubgebouw. Lesgevers en begeleiders hebben wat dit betreft een voorbeeldfunctie.&nbsp;</p>\n

          <p>Het gebruik van de&nbsp;dodemansknop is verplicht bij het varen met de motorboten. Matig de snelheid nabij de aanlegplaatsen. &nbsp;<br />\n

          <span style="color:#2980b9"><strong>4.&nbsp;CURSUSSEN - OPLEIDINGEN - WEDSTRIJDEN</strong></span></p>\n

          <p>Lesgevers en begeleiders hebben een verantwoordelijkheidsfunctie. Ze waken te allen tijde over de groep, ook wanneer de activiteiten gepauzeerd zijn.&nbsp;</p>\n

          <p>De voorrangsregels worden steeds gerespecteerd en aanvaringen worden vermeden.&nbsp;<br />\n

          <span style="color:#2980b9"><strong>5. NALEVING EN GELDIGHEID</strong></span></p>\n

          <p>Overtredingen van de deontologische code dienen zo snel mogelijk gemeld te worden aan de Raad van Bestuur. Ernstige inbreuken kunnen gesanctioneerd worden met de beëindiging van het lidmaatschap.</p>\n

          <p>Leden van de Raad van Bestuur en aangestelden kunnen inbreuken vaststellen en gepaste maatregelen nemen.</p>\n

          <p>De Raad van Bestuur houdt zich het recht voor om de deontologische code te wijzigen. De meest actuele versie van de deontologische code is steeds beschikbaar op de website.</p>\n

          <p>Overtredingen van de deontologische code dienen zo snel mogelijk gemeld te worden aan de Raad van Bestuur. Ernstige inbreuken kunnen gesanctioneerd worden met de beëindiging van het lidmaatschap.</p>\n

          <p>Leden van de Raad van Bestuur en aangestelden kunnen inbreuken vaststellen en gepaste maatregelen nemen.</p>\n

          <p>De Raad van Bestuur houdt zich het recht voor om de deontologische code te wijzigen. De meest actuele versie van de deontologische code is steeds beschikbaar op de website.</p>\n
